Positive Thought: Struggle Smart Podcast

This podcast leverages an informal platform to discuss topics related faith, mental health and identity. Join me, Nabeel Rahman, a registered social worker as I have honest discussions around being a person of colour, an immigrant, a Muslim and working in the field of mental health and community development. Through our conversations, we take on a holistic approach that recognizes our lives as multi-dimensional. We might be well integrated in some aspects of our life and struggle in others. This podcast will highlight how through embracing the struggle, can we overcome the challenges. Nabeel Rahman is the founder of positivethought.ca which provides counselling services to enrich the lives of individuals and provide coping strategies in navigating the daily stresses of life.
